I am fairly new to “clean eating” and I find that I’m introduced to new healthy foods and products every week. It’s really exciting to go into the grocery store and figure out which items are healthy and which should remain on the shelf. A sense of pride overwhelms me every time I choose the healthy alternative to an old, nasty food villain. This weekend I picked up the following bread:
This is 100% whole wheat bread sliced VERY thin. Two slices together is only 100 calories! I’m a big fan of what’s inside my sandwich, not necessarily the bread itself, so I find that I eat a lot of wraps over sandwiches, but I miss the taste of ingredients wrapped up in bread. This is perfect! Not too much bread, not too little. I have to say, this bread will definitely go on the permanent shopping list.

I’m with you on loving what’s inside the sandwich….I’ve been diggin’ my mixed veggie salad w/ dressing inside a 100% whole wheat pita pocket. Just LOVE that for lunch!
